WHAT IT DOES

The Agents area is home base — every agent you've built lives here. Create new agents, find existing ones, and open one to design, test, or publish it.

Your agents at a glance

Each agent shows its recent activity — conversations in the last 7 days, whether monitoring is active, and when it was last updated. Search by name, sort by last active, conversations, name, or status, and switch between grid and list views. The Unpublished changes filter narrows the list to agents carrying work that is not live yet, which is the quickest way to see what is waiting to be published.

Create or import

• New agent — describe what you want in plain language and Zammo builds it, or start from a blank canvas. See Designing Your Agent.
• Import — bring in an agent that was exported from another workspace.

Open an agent

Click any agent to open its workspace, where the Designer and the configuration tabs live.

Retiring an agent

Select one or more agents to remove them together. Zammo asks you to confirm how many you are deleting first, because deleting an agent cannot be undone — it takes its conversation history and published channels with it. If you only want it off the air, unpublish it instead and leave the agent in place.
