🛠️ How-to guide

WHAT IT DOES
The Workspace area is where you manage your team and their roles, your workspace settings and branding, the AI models available to your agents, and — where enabled — your plan and billing.

Invite teammates by email and give each a role that controls what they can do — Zammo has five built-in roles (Viewer, Editor, Publisher, Content Manager, Admin). See who's a member, who has a pending invitation, change anyone's role, and use Check access to confirm what someone can see or do. When you invite someone, Zammo emails them an invite (with a copy-link fallback), and you can set it to expire in 7 or 30 days. For a full breakdown of every role and exactly what it can do, see Roles & Permissions.

Workspace members and their roles.
Name your workspace and set its branding so agents and the portal reflect your organization. See Workspace Settings.
Review the AI models available to your agents so you can pick the right balance of quality and speed when designing an agent. See Models.
Where billing is enabled for your workspace, the Billing page shows your current plan, your token usage against it, your team seats, and any add-ons — and it's where an Admin upgrades the plan, manages add-ons, or starts a free trial. Only an Admin can view or change billing.

TIP
Give teammates the least access they need — Viewer for stakeholders who just want to watch performance, Editor for people building agents, and Admin for the one or two people who run the workspace.
