WHAT IT DOES

Workspace Settings is where you brand your workspace — its name, icon, and overall look and feel — so the portal and your agents reflect your organization.

Before you start

Anyone can view settings; changing them needs an Admin role (see Roles & Permissions). Changes save from the button at the bottom of the page.

Branding

The Branding tab is where you set how your workspace looks.

Workspace Settings, Branding tab — set the workspace name and icon, choose an aesthetic, and pick a color theme that applies to everyone in the workspace.

• Identity — upload a workspace icon (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG) and set the Workspace Name. Both appear across the portal and in your agents.
• Aesthetic — choose the overall feel (corner radius, shadow depth, and motion), independent of color.
• Color Theme — pick the accent, surfaces, and sidebar style. The theme applies to everyone in the workspace.

Select Save to apply.

Deleting a workspace

The Danger tab holds Delete this workspace — this permanently deletes the workspace and removes access for all members; its agents and data are no longer accessible. You'll type the workspace name to confirm. This can't be undone.

• Who can change branding? Admins (the workspace-settings permission).
• Does the color theme affect everyone? Yes — it applies workspace-wide, for all members.
• How do I delete a workspace? On the Danger tab, type the workspace name to confirm. Only do this if you're certain — it's permanent.
