Bring your agent into Slack so your team or customers can get answers without leaving their workspace.

How to activate

1. Open your agent and go to the Channels tab.
2. Find Slack and click Connect.
3. Authorize Zammo in your Slack workspace when prompted (a standard Slack permission screen).
4. Choose which channels or direct messages the agent should respond in, and confirm.

Start in a single test channel with your team before rolling the agent out workspace-wide.
