Deploy your agent inside Microsoft Teams so employees can get help right where they already work.

How to activate

1. Open your agent and go to the Channels tab.
2. Find Microsoft Teams and click Connect, then Deploy — Zammo prepares the Teams app.
3. Install or approve the app in your Microsoft Teams tenant (your IT admin may need to approve it).
4. Your agent is now available to Teams users in your organization.

Teams is ideal for employee-facing agents like IT and HR help desks. Coordinate with your Teams admin so approval is quick.
