FACEBOOK MESSENGER

Put your agent on your Facebook page so customers can message you and get instant answers.

How to activate

1. Open your agent and go to the Channels tab.
2. Find Facebook Messenger and click Connect.
3. Authorize Zammo to connect to your Facebook page when prompted.

The Facebook Messenger channel settings: the app and page it is connected to, the greeting new conversations start with, and the webhook details Facebook needs.

1. Select the page to connect — your agent now replies to Messenger conversations.

Make sure you're an admin of the Facebook page you want to connect before you start.
