FACEBOOK MESSENGER

Put your agent on your Facebook page so customers can message you and get instant answers.

How to activate

1. Open your agent and go to the Channels tab.
2. Find Facebook Messenger and click Connect.
3. Authorize Zammo to connect to your Facebook page when prompted.
4. Select the page to connect — your agent now replies to Messenger conversations.

TIP

Make sure you're an admin of the Facebook page you want to connect before you start.
