Zammo.ai provides a few ways to test your chatbot.
The Test Bot is a handy tool that enables quick testing of your chatbot content and design. In the Portal, it can be found near the top right of the page:
Q&A that are in stages other than Draft are accessible to the Test Bot.
In UI Builder, the Test Bot can be found at the top right of the page:
During testing, elements of the workflow are highlighted in red as the chatbot steps through the conversation.
The Simulator offers a more near-live experience than the Test Bot and is available on multiple channels - WebChat, IVR, SMS, Teams, Your Website, Voice Assistant, Slack, and WhatsApp. Instructions on how to use the Simulator can be found in this article: Using the Simulator to Test Your Content.
You can also test your chatbot on an internal (staging, beta, or test) site if you have a paid subscription by following the usual deployment steps. You will need to add your staging/beta/test domain to the Zammo portal. Please see this article for detailed steps: Deploying the Chatbot.
