Creating a RAG-powered Agent is simple with Zammo Agents.

Start by creating a knowledge base in Zammo and indexing the content you want your conversational AI to use. Next, set up a RAG project. Then, simply select the FAQ knowledge base predefined experience.

Select which RAG Project you’d like to use.

You can choose how suggested actions should work after each answer. The AI can generate follow-up suggestions based on the context of the conversation, show a fixed list of suggested actions, or not suggest any actions.

The Agent Designer will ask for direction on:

• When it should search the knowledge base, e.g., any user question or when asked about products.
• Whether to answer in its own words or follow the source text closely.

The Agent Designer applies your settings and builds a Retrieval-Augmented Generation experience—no manual configuration required.
