From the Zammo portal, go to the Personalize page.

Next, open Conversation Designer (UI Builder).

Import the following .zip file as a starting point. The RAG template provided is a great foundation for querying your knowledge base and using OpenAI. However, it will need to be adjusted to fit your specific use case.
