Plain-language definitions of the terms you'll see across Zammo Agents. Where a term matches a label in the app, we use the same wording so it's easy to find.

Term What it means
Agent An AI assistant you build and publish. It talks to your customers in natural language across chat, voice, and messaging.
Agent Designer The chat-based screen where you build an agent by describing what you want it to do.
Workspace Your team's space in Zammo Agents, where your agents, content, and settings live.
RAG Projects Shown in the app as β€œRAG Projects.” A knowledge project that lets an agent answer from your own content.
Knowledge base The library your content is organized into and that an agent searches to find answers.
Source A single piece of content you've added: an uploaded document, a crawled website, or text entered by hand.
Channel Where customers reach your agent: web chat, voice/phone, or messaging.
Publish Making your agent live on a channel so customers can use it.
Live agent handoff Transferring a conversation from the agent to a person on your team, with the full history.
Multi-agent routing Passing a conversation between specialized agents behind the scenes, so each handles what it does best.
Table Structured data (rows and columns) your agent can look things up in, such as a list of service requests.
Credential A saved key or login your agent's connections use, stored once and reused securely.
Dark mode Shown as β€œDarkmode.” A low-glare dark theme that changes only your view.
