WHAT IT DOES

The Content area is where you manage everything your agents learn from — uploaded documents, crawled websites, and text you've added by hand — all in one place. For how agents use this content to answer, see Knowledge & RAG.

Sources

Every piece of content you've added, with its source type (upload, website crawl, or manual), its processing status (Ready / Processing / Failed), and when it was last updated. Search across everything, filter by status or source, and organize with tags. See Sources to add and tag content, and Managing Content to keep it healthy.

The Sources list — every piece of content with its type, status, and last update.

Crawls

Set up and monitor website crawls that pull content from your public site or help center — and refresh them so your agents always have the latest. See Crawls.

Knowledge bases

The libraries your content is organized into. Connect a knowledge base to an agent (through a knowledge project) so it can answer from that material. See Knowledge Bases.

TIP

Keep an eye on the Failed status filter — it surfaces any content that didn't process, so you can fix and re-add it before customers notice a gap.
