There are two options for testing and interacting with your chatbot before publishing: the Test Bot and the Simulator.

The Test Bot lets you quickly test your website chatbot while capturing real-time data processed in the background for insights.

The Simulator:

• Provides a near-live interaction experience.
• Supports both text and voice channels.
• Allows testing without requiring a subscription.
• Enables easy sharing with teammates and stakeholders.
• Captures chatbot interactions in Analytics for insights.

Accessing the Simulator

In UI Builder, you can access the Simulator by selecting Simulator from the top menu.

In the Portal, you can access the Simulator by selecting Simulator near the top.
