Measures to support accessibility

Zammo Inc takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Zammo:

• Include accessibility as part of our mission statement.
• Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.
• Appoint an accessibility officer and/or ombudsperson.
• Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.
• Audit with external organization(s) to ensure usability and standards for persons with disabilities across access groups

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines how to make Web content more accessible to people with disabilities. The website chatbot has undergone online scans and external usability testing specifically with screen reader users to validate accessibility standards and areas of improvement. Zammo is in the midst of obtaining a VPAT report and expects that to be available by September 15, 2024. When available, it will be posted here.
