Zammo.ai provides tools to build the conversational AI application.

A conversational AI application is composed of:

• Language understanding: The sentences that a user will use to talk to the conversational AI application (Amazon Alexa, a chatbot, or an IVR)
• Dialog management: What the service will do based on how it understood the sentence captured from the language understanding.

For the FAQ use case, the user does not need to know any programming language to create an application. They will supply the language understanding, which is composed of question/answer pairs.

For custom turn-based conversation use cases: the user will build conversation flows using visual building blocks that are close to pseudo-code and provide all the fundamentals (condition, loop, number, collection) to orchestrate a conversation.
