Zammo.ai provides Bot As A Service. Some parts of the solution use Bot Framework but from the customer standpoint, they simply focus on providing the content and Zammo.ai provides all the infrastructure, builds the language assets and the widget to integrate on the website.

Microsoft Bot Framework is an open-source toolkit, in order to use it as a stand alone service, one must:

• Set up the resources (language understanding, API)
• Build the language assets (With code or using the tool Bot Framework Composer)
• Expose the solution through a channel.
