Zammo.ai provides a few ways to test your chatbot.
The Test Bot is a handy tool that enables quick testing of your chatbot content and design. In UI Builder, it can be found at the top right of the page:
During testing, elements of the workflow are highlighted in red as the chatbot steps through the conversation.
In the Portal, the Test Bot can be found near the top right of the Q&A page:
Q&A that are in stages other than Draft are accessible to the Test Bot.
You can make the chat widget floating to simplify editing content while testing. To do this, select the three-dot menu in the chat widget and choose Make the chat widget floating.
