By importing this trigger .zip file into your conversation in UI Builder, customers can trigger a workflow to check the status of their test results. Once the account is located the results will be sent to the user’s email address.

In UI Builder find and select the 3 dots to the right of “zammostartingbot”

- In this trigger, you will see that there is an API call required to find the patient’s records and send the test results. We have indicated this with a note, but you will need to build out that API connection. Instructions on how to do that can be found HERE.
