The File Management feature in Zammo allows you to upload and store various files—such as sound clips, logos, images, and more—for use in your chatbot design. These files can be easily shared with team members and incorporated into elements like adaptive cards. This article covers how to upload and delete files, create and remove folders, and search for specific files within the system.

Navigating to the Personalize Page:

  1. In the Portal, go to the Content Studio tab.
  2. Select Personalize to access chatbot customization settings.

Upload - Files can be uploaded at the root level or within a folder

New Folder - Folders can be created to facilitate file organization and management

You can delete one or multiple files by selecting them and choosing the Delete Selected File(s) option.
