The chatbot asks for the user’s name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, driver’s license number, the citation or case number, the violation date, and the charge(s). The chatbot asks if the user wants 912, court correction, citation, or disposition documents. The user selects whether they want certified or uncertified copies, and if they’d like to pick up the documents or have them mailed. The chatbot prompts the user to upload a file with their electronic signature, conducts the payment transaction, and then sends the request to a CMS.
