New environments now provision their default embeddings model in more regions
New environments provisioned in more Azure regions, including South Central US, now complete setup of their default text embeddings model. This fixes the setup failure that could stop a new environment from finishing provisioning in those regions.
(Internal Release)
We’re sharing updates that make website crawling, knowledge management, and model handling work more reliably in everyday use.
Website crawls now handle more sites and recover from interrupted navigation
Classic Zammo Portal website ingestion now works on sites that briefly bounce through a cross-domain session check during load, such as support.zoom.com. Crawls that stop partway through navigation now retry as a navigation problem instead of being treated as finished with empty content.
Knowledge bases keep the model they were created with
Classic Zammo Portal now prevents deleting an embeddings model that a knowledge base still uses.
We’re thrilled to bring these improvements to you and look forward to seeing how they enhance your daily interactions with Zammo. Thank you for being a valued part of our community!
