• Optimized Auto-translation: Owing to feedback from our users, we've identified and rectified an issue that resulted in our auto-translation feature not operating correctly. But don't worry, we've now ensured that automatic translation is seamless again.
• We've fixed a bug where deleting the last intent from a conversation design wasn't removing it from the language model.
• To enhance your messaging experience, we've introduced a new pipeline to process messages. This is specifically designed to process messages sequentially per conversation, increasing stability in channels where you may be sending or receiving messages in quick succession.
• Expanded OpenAI Form Action Capabilities: To provide your AI with even stronger learning capabilities, we've added GPT 4.0 and 4.0-mini support to our OpenAI Form action. This will help ensure your AI form actions are even more tuned, accurate, and intuitive.
• Quick Reply Generation: We've made interacting with your customers easier than ever by enabling quick reply generation from OpenAI form action. This feature should help streamline customer interactions and ensure quicker, more efficient responses.
• Improved File Handling: To simplify your workflow, Zammo now allows re-zipping of files for easy upload to our UI builder, further enhancing your experience.
• UI Kit enhancements: We've listened to your feedback, and in order to make the UI kit more adaptable and user-friendly, we've adjusted its default values.
• Prebuilt RAG Projects: We have a new arriving feature you're going to love - Define multiple prebuilt RAG projects on the RAG project page.
• API Logging Feature: As transparency is important to you and us, we've introduced a new API logging feature that should help with easier tracking and managing API activities. Note: the UX will be coming for this in a future update.
• Testing RAG API: We understand the importance of testing before rolling out any major changes, which is why we've introduced a RAG test API. This allows you to test the RAG directly without having to start a bot conversation. Note: the UX will be coming for this in a future update.
