Managed identity fix for Zammo Live Agent

We have fixed a bug concerning the managed identity authentication that secures the channel between Zammo and ZAgent. You can now enjoy peace of mind knowing that your connection is safe.

User Input Control During Bot Activity

We've responded to your feedback about needing greater control over user input. Now, when your bot is typing, we've disabled user input to prevent further messaging or interruptions till the bot finishes. This will facilitate smoother interactions and better user experience.

Innovated OAuth Redirect Experience on Firefox

Many of our users utilize Firefox and we have paid heed to make their experience better. We've enhanced the OAuth redirect experience to automatically shut down the window post login, similar to Chrome and Edge. Furthermore, if there are any obstacles, such as a restricting browser extension, we’ll show a notification advising users to manually close the window.

Smart Crawler Update

We were made aware of some misplaced file identity assumptions by our crawler, and we've fixed that for you. It will no longer presume a URL is a file just due to the filename being in the URL. Now, it will rely on the response header when crawling to accurately determine and retrieve files.

Compatibility for gpt35-turbo

To provide the best quality, we have adapted our "Open AI on your data" to the differences in returned references between vector and non-vector models and between different models. We've specifically tailored compatibility so that gpt35-turbo and gpt-4 models - both vector and non-vector - return the correct references.

Direct Skill Invocation

We identified an issue where a mismatch in normalization prevented skills from resolving their name. Now, we’ve rectified it by allowing the 'begin a skill' action to directly invoke a skill using a business id. This will provide a more streamlined process for you to get your skills working the way they should.
