We are excited to announce some new features and improvements to make your Zammo experience smoother and more engaging. Here's what you can look forward to:
- Images in Analytics Fix: We've efficaciously resolved an issue where an embedded base64 encoded image was causing a record size too large, impeding successful analytics generation. Now, your analytics will run seamlessly regardless of embedded images within.
- Engagement Parameters Support for Avaya: Transcripts are valuable for recording interactions. To address a specific customer use case related to this, we now allow passing engagement parameters to Avaya agent live chats. This upgrade enables other potential use cases where you can utilize engagement parameters to improve customer interaction.
- In-Queue System Messages for Avaya: Waiting in line to get connected with an agent can be tedious for users. To elevate the user experience, we've introduced "periodic system messages when in-queue" for Avaya agent live chats. This lets you deliver custom messages to users whilst they wait for an Agent, enhancing their waiting experience.
- Updated UX for Avaya Configuration: Individual toggling of system messages is now possible with our refreshed UX. This gives you the freedom to optimally tailor the Avaya handoff experience per your needs.
- Improved Image Uploads from Teams to Avaya: We've fixed the previous issue where an accompanying text message with an image would only deliver the text. Now, both your message and image get sent without any trouble.
- Contact Entry Fix for Avaya Handoff: We've patched an edge case where an empty string for contact name or email would hurdle the Avaya handoff. This fix ensures smoother hand-offs, even with empty contact name or email entry.
- Punctuation Retention for Live Agent Chats: Our fix ensures that we do not alter punctuation in your messages, as highlighted by a customer, when interacting with live agents. Be it Avaya or any other live agent, your messages will maintain their originality.
- Prevention of Simultaneous Chat Start and End in Teams: We've fixed an issue that was causing chats not to end correctly while using Avaya handoff due to simultaneous chat start and chat end for the same conversation id. Now you should have no issue ending your chats properly.
- Drafts Protection: Your work won't be lost even if you inadvertently try to save, publish, or export with pending file changes. This fix ensures your content remains safe from accidental saves.
- Config Variables Import/Export: You can now import and export your config variables, providing an easier way to manage and transfer your settings across different environments.
- Config Variables Search and Sticky Header: We've made it easier than ever to find your desired config variables with our new search feature. Plus, we've added a sticky header for the variable configuration to ensure you don't lose track while you scroll.
