Enhanced PDF Processing (Features):
We’ve made PDF handling more reliable by adding a backup method to extract text when the usual process encounters difficulties. This means that even if a PDF document is complex or unusual, Zammo will still be able to pull out the content accurately. As a result, your searches within PDF files will be more thorough and dependable, helping you locate the information you need without frustration. This improvement supports smoother workflows when working with a variety of PDF documents.
Live Agent Handoff to Avaya Infinity (Features):
We’ve added support for a smooth transition from Zammo’s bot to a live agent using Avaya Infinity. When you need human assistance, you can now switch seamlessly without losing your conversation history. This includes real-time messaging, sharing files, and managing your session effortlessly. This new capability ensures that your support experience is continuous and efficient, giving you the best of both automated and personal help whenever you need it.
