Update teams manifest to latest version 1.17

This June, with Zammo's continued commitment to staying ahead of industry standards, we've updated our published channel and enhanced the downloads for Zammo and Zagent teams apps. Now, both utilize the latest teams manifest version, 1.17, ensuring you have the most recent features and enhanced stability. Until now, we were using version 1.11, but this update ensures we’re keeping pace with evolution in the technology landscape for the utmost user experience.

Proactive messages conversation state changes fix

We heard your feedback about proactive messages sometimes overwriting conversation state changes, and have successfully resolved this issue.

Enhanced analytics for Amazon live agent

Our live agent analytics have now been made more comprehensive! We've included additional agent-specific data such as the agent's name in both the export and analytics. This enhancement will give you a more detailed insight, helping you improve team performance and customer interactions.

Avaya hand-off in Skills

For users utilizing Avaya, we've ironed out an issue relating to handoff inside the skill. This means you can now expect a more seamless functionality and improved transitioning between various steps within the skill.

Automatic transcript passing to Skills

To further improve interactions, we’ve made it possible to now pass the transcript from a parent to a skill. This enhances the understanding of previous interactions and fosters improved communication.

Advanced crawler options

To enhance your content indexing experience, Zammo has introduced cutting-edge crawler options. This enables you to retrieve the full content of the crawled page, providing a more comprehensive and accurate view of your web content.

Viewing indexed page content

To ensure maximum transparency and oversight, we've introduced a feature that allows you to view the content of your indexed pages. You now have the visibility to see exactly what has been indexed and precisely how it appears.
