Improved Okta Identity Provider Interaction:
We've addressed an issue where the Okta Identity Provider was wrongly signifying that we enabled refresh tokens. This fix ensures seamless and error-free communication with the Okta Identity Provider, providing a more harmonious integration for your user management.
Enhanced Live Agent Interaction:
We've fine-tuned the handoff experience. Now, when you conclude a handoff using the "End Handoff" activity, we'll automatically send the "unset agent name" event. This ensures the live agent label won't appear on any subsequent message, improving your customer's chat experience and reducing confusion.
Compatibility Upgrade for Markdown Authors:
There was a problem with the compatibility of the library we use to generate markdown with certain websites when using a headless browser. We've addressed the issue, meaning you can now confidently generate markdown, improving your content's presentation across various platforms.
Augmented Chat Experience with Attachments:
With our new feature, chat transcripts will now include attachments in the URL. Plus, the chat will remain with you in a sticky format, meaning you won't lose your conversation regardless of the page you navigate to. This provides your customers with a more interactive and enriched chat experience, allowing for easy reference and a streamlined conversation flow.
