Greetings Zammo enthusiasts! We're starting the year off right with our first release of 2025. With each update, our mission is to continuously improve your experience and allow your businesses to shine. We have some exciting updates with today's release. Here's a look at what we've been working on:

Enhancement in Open AI Form Feedback Control: Previously, our Open AI form had its preferences for feedback determined by your business settings. We realized this can be limiting, leading to a lack of control at more granular activity levels. In this release, we've endowed users with the ability to selectively ignore feedback in the Open AI form. Now, you have even more power on your hands to customize and control your AI engagement at an activity level.

UI Kit Markdown Reference Vulnerability Patch: We discovered a chink in our armor in the UI Kit Markdown Reference and it's been our utmost priority to rectify it. We've implemented a comprehensive fix to this issue, heightening our commitment to ensuring the security of your interaction with our platform.

UI Kit VPAT Compliance Issues Addressed: In our tireless pursuit to ensure our software is accessible to everybody, we've fixed the VPAT compliance issues in our UI Kit. By doing so, we've furthered our mission to make Zammo inclusively accessible to people of all abilities.

Improved Feedback on Suggested Actions: We know how crucial feedback is when interacting with AI. Hence, we've improved the feedback mechanism on suggested actions set in the "inside" style. We believe this enhancement will improve your AI interactions and subsequently enhance your user experience.

Links in UI Kit to open in a New Tab: Sometimes it's about those little tweaks that make the biggest difference. We've now added a feature in our UI Kit that forces all links to open in a new tab. This means that you no longer have to worry about losing your current page – a great way to boost your productivity and efficiency.

"Thanks for Your Feedback" Display Issue Resolved: We know how much you value your customer's feedback and the bug preventing the "Thanks for your feedback" message from showing was a hindrance. We've given this issue our immediate attention and have since rectified it. This fix ensures that your customers know that their feedback is acknowledged and appreciated.

Isolated Styling with useWithIsolatedStyling: To make your chatbot stand out, we've added an attribute, useWithIsolatedStyling. This allows you to uniquely customize your chatbot appearance without affecting other styles on your platform. Empowering you to create a more distinctive and individualized user experience.

Improved Internal Component Reliability: We've tackled the missing dependency issue for an internal component that may have caused you some frustration. This update enhances the firmness of our platform to consistently deliver outstanding performance, keeping your operations running smoothly.

Batch Processing Enablement: Document and website ingestion is now handled with robust batch processing capabilities. Previously, uncontrolled ingestion could cause machine failures, grinding your productivity to a halt. With this release, we’ve optimized the procedure to prevent such interruptions, making sure your teams can work efficiently without facing sudden downtime.

Simplified Database Operations: We’ve eliminated unnecessary complexities in our database operations. Before, nested orchestration could cause unnecessary delays and additional data costs. But guided by our commitment to streamline your operations, we’ve removed these nested orchestrations. As a result, you should expect swift data operations, contributing to a cost-efficient process.

Resolution of Edge Case causing 'Deadlock': In this release, we've tackled a tricky issue where an edge case was causing a so-called 'deadlock'. Ensuring the number of URLs per depth level was a challenge, but this bug fix represents our commitment to making sure your workflow runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Now your URL parsing process will not stumble on this hurdle and will proceed flawlessly.

Domain Duplication Verification Added: In our continuous quest to bring you a smoother, more intuitive user interface, we've added one more feature - domain duplication checks. Previously, when adding a new domain, the system didn't verify if it already existed. Now, our system will prevent unnecessary domain duplication, streamlining your management of web properties.
