Rectified Analytics Export Issue

Addressing the bug that caused the analytics export process to fail for exports greater than 32KB, we've implemented a fix to truncate extensive data in analytics exports. This change facilitates efficient data management, allows you to better monitor your AI bot activity and provides dependable analytical insights without worries about data limit.

Improved Error Feedback in LG Expression Evaluation

To enhance troubleshooting, LG expression evaluation will now evaluate and return error messages if unsuccessful. With this, you'll receive exact error codes leading to more precise and quicker remedies.

Enhanced Interaction Recording

All interactions, including silent responses on Twilio/other channels, will now be accurately reflected in the analytics export - for you to never miss a detail.

Fixed Preview URL for Vector Query Results

Responding to user feedback, we've fixed the preview URL for results in vector queries. You can now easily view and analyze queried data, enhancing your user experience.

Fixed Typing Indicator Issue

We've sorted out a glitch where a typing indicator incorrectly appeared post the bot's adaptive card dispatch. This fix enhances your interactions by eliminating misleading indicators.

Removed Duplicated Custom Analytics

Addressing customer feedback, we've rectified an issue that caused custom analytics to duplicate within a single turn.

Enhanced Skill Invocation for Responses Delivery

A fix has been introduced to enhance the default (non ExpectReplies) skill invocation; it can be used when needed to support send responses when messages get delivered. This is particularly useful for customers who reported delayed message delivery before a long API call.

Introducing File Management API

Adding to our feature suite, the File Management API allows you to upload, update, delete, and move folders with Azure Blob Storage as file storage. This new capability will significantly streamline your file management process, making data handling simpler and more efficient. Look out for the UX for this in an upcoming release.
