  2. Improved UI Builder: We corrected an issue in our UI Builder that was incorrectly assigning the property name for Get Transcript activity. Now, it's accurate and reliable.
  3. Personalization of Teams Zammo Live Agent Conversations: We've improved user engagement and personalization by displaying the username before their message within our Teams Zammo Live Agent if the information is available. We've also introduced the same feature for agents in Zammo so you can easily track conversations!
  4. Enhanced Teams Zammo Live Agent Information Capture: Now our platform can capture and provide the bot with added information like email address and name from the Teams Zammo Live Agent conversation, allowing for enhanced customization and more efficient resolution of queries.
  5. Customizable Agent Quick Replies: You now have the power to customize a Quick replies adaptive card displayed to your agents within Teams Zammo Live Agent. This personal touch serves to streamline Agent interactions and provide a quick way to provide common responses
  6. Offline Live Agents Management: In the event of Teams Zammo Live Agents being offline, our revised platform now enables you to manage this proactively through streamlined conversation design.
  7. Disabling Feedback on Teams Zammo Live Agent Messages: If you wish, you now have the option to disable feedback on your Teams Zammo live agent messages, providing you with greater control over your content and interactions.
