RAG Experience Conversation Templates: We're introducing new conversation templates that allow you to create a RAG experience directly within the Zammo portal. Enhanced Intent Interruption: We've improved our intent interruption capabilities, enabling it to work seamlessly even with the "Did You Mean" handler active. Now, you can use friendly names for intent interruption, making your interactions even more intuitive and user-friendly.
Boosted Analytics Exports: Some customers leveraging custom analytics were seeing issues generating analytics for large data sets. We've improved the storage footprint of the analytics export to help mitigate against this.
UI Kit Transcript Display fixes: There were a few issues displaying transcripts using UI Kit. Including bot messages and adaptive cards not being shown under certain circumstances. These have been fixed as part of this release.
Alexa Skills Interruption Improvement: We have modified the way our platform handles stop and cancel intents from Amazon Alexa skills. This ensures a smoother, more intuitive user interaction when engaging with Alexa skills.
Duplicate Document Prevention: We have resolved an issue that resulted in duplicate document entries creating hanging processes. This fix enhances the efficiency and accuracy of utilizing our platform.

Introducing Initial Display of Error Details: In the problems tab of your Data Source you will now receive some error details if there are failures during your crawling or ingestion pipeline.
