In the Zammo Portal, you can access the Q&A page by navigating to the Content Studio tab and selecting Q&A.

This article walks through each option and tool available on the Q&A page, starting from the top and working down.

Language

Hover over the Language option to switch to another language and view its Q&A knowledge base.

• Select Manage languages to add Q&A in another language.
• Adding a new language disables the auto-translation feature.

Voice or Chatbot

Use this option to toggle between answers optimized for voice and chat across all Q&A.

Play Screen Instructional Video

Click the Play button to watch a short video tutorial on how to use the Q&A page.

Tags

Click the Tags button to open the Tag Management page, where you can add, edit, or delete tags for use in Q&A.
