Step-by-Step Instructions

1. In the Zammo Portal, go to the Content Studio tab and select Personalize.

1. On the Personalize page, navigate to the TTS Avatar (Preview) tab.
2. Select an avatar from the collection, which includes a variety of male and female options in business, casual, youthful, formal, and graceful styles.
3. Choose whether to assign the avatar to your content in review or live content.
4. Click Set as TTS Avatar.

Tip: Make sure the neural voice settings for your conversational AI application matches your chosen avatar. If you haven’t configured a voice for your bot yet, follow these instructions: Customize the Sound of Your Voice Chatbot.

1. In the Zammo Portal, go to the Channels tab. In the Azure TTS avatar option, select Activate.
