The content you've already created can simply be extended to a website chatbot by following these easy steps:

  1. In the Dashboard page, select the Channels tab from the left-hand menu.

  2. In the Website Chatbot option, select "Activate".

Next, enter the domain name of the website where you want to add the chatbot, e.g., https://zammo.ai. (Note: be sure to remove any slashes from the end of your domain url.  For example, you want to input https://zammo.ai and not https://zammo.ai/.) After entering your domain url, be sure to hit return/enter so that your url turns blue. IMPORTANT: Make sure that you are entering the exact domain name for your website, including www. as a prefix if necessary! Failure to do so will prevent your chatbot from loading correctly.

  2. Click, "Activate" to proceed.

  1. Click the "Continue" button.
