By importing this trigger .zip file into your conversation in UI Builder, customers can trigger a workflow to refill their prescription. When the order is ready to be picked up the customer will be sent a text.

- In this trigger, you will see that there is an API call required to find the patient’s prescription records and send a text when it is ready for pickup. We have indicated this with a note, but you will need to build out that API connection. Instructions on how to do that can be found HERE.
