In UI builder find and select the 3 dots to the right of “zammostartingbot”

In UI builder select, “Import a trigger”

Select the trigger .zip file you wish to import

- The 5 trigger phrases that we have included are shown below. You will want to ensure that you don’t have any conflicting trigger phrases or Q&A as this would cause an error in the NLU resulting in a “Not Understood” response.

- You will notice that this trigger references other dialogs called dialogDepartmentAgent. If you intend to keep this portion of the dialog, you will also need to upload dialogDepartmentAgent (found HERE) or create new dialogs with those specific names.
