Zammo's Phrase List feature enhances language recognition and content accuracy for voice-based channels. You can improve your chatbot’s performance by adding key terms such as:

• Company names
• Proper names
• Specific brands
• Product names
• Industry-specific terms or acronyms
• Geographic locations
• Homonyms

By including these words or phrases to the Phrase List, you prioritize their recognition within Zammo’s NLP system, boosting the accuracy of your conversational AI solution.

How To Use The Phrase List

To add content to the Phrase List perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Personalize page from the Content Studio tab in the Zammo Portal. Select the Language Tuning tab, then select the Phrase List tab.

1. Click on Add new Words or Phrases. In the popup modal, enter one or more words or phrases. Choose Save.
