There are scenarios where you might want to bypass the automatic translation capability when the chatbot or the human mentions specific words or phrases. In particular to:

• Preserve the integrity of industry-specific terminology
• Maintain your company or product branding

The Dynamic Dictionary feature in Zammo can let you declare content specific to your business to automatically bypass auto-translation

How To Use Dynamic Dictionary

Add content via the Personalize screen by performing the following steps:

1. Navigate to Content Studio → Personalize → Language Tuning → Dynamic Dictionary within the Zammo Portal:

1. Click on Add new Words or Phrases. From the popup, enter your desired Words or Phrases ****and click Save

1. Your new Words or Phrases are added to the Dynamic Dictionary table:
