Zammo includes an out-of-the-box auto-translation feature that will automatically detect the language your end-user is using and translate your content back to them in that language.

There are scenarios where you might want to bypass the automatic translation capability. For example, you may have company or product branding, trademarked names or phrases, or industry-specific terminology that you don’t want to be translated into another language.

Zammo allows you to create a dynamic dictionary to declare words and phrases that should be preserved language to language.

How To Use Dynamic Dictionary

Add content to the Dynamic Dictionary by performing the following steps:

  1. From the Zammo Portal, navigate to the Personalize page from the Content Studio tab. Select the Language Tuning tab, then select the Dynamic Dictionary tab.

Once added, compound nouns, brand names, product names, and unique business-related phrases will remain in their original language and will not be translated.
