Protecting sensitive information is essential for maintaining user trust and meeting compliance requirements.

Zammo gives you control over how Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is treated, offering three levels of data handling:

• All – No filtering is applied; all data is visible in the Analytics.
• Filtered – PII is automatically detected and partially obfuscated, with sensitive elements replaced by asterisks in the Analytics.
• Blocked – All detected PII is fully redacted and replaced with asterisks in the Analytics.

In the Agent Designer, you can easily specify how you want PII to be managed.

For example, you might say, “I want the agent to perform PII filtering.” The Agent Designer will then prompt you to choose how the filtering should be applied—none, filtered, or blocked.

Alternatively, you can provide all the details upfront. For instance, you could say, “I want the agent to perform PII filtering and redact sensitive data.” or “Set the PII handling to “Filtered”.
