Zammo gives you control over how Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is treated, offering three levels of data handling:
In the Agent Designer, you can easily specify how you want PII to be managed.
For example, you might say, “I want the agent to perform PII filtering.” The Agent Designer will then prompt you to choose how the filtering should be applied—none, filtered, or blocked.
Alternatively, you can provide all the details upfront. For instance, you could say, “I want the agent to perform PII filtering and redact sensitive data.” or “Set the PII handling to “Filtered”.
