Here is a video walkthrough of the Q&A screens. Written step-by-step instructions are down below.
The Q&A Portal is available here: https://app.zammo.ai/app/qna
The buttons in the top right of the Q&A Portal are available on all of the Draft, Edit & Review, and Ready to Publish screens:
The Simulator allows you to test your chatbot in different channels without requiring a subscription: WebChat, IVR/Telephony, Voice Assistant, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
The Test button allows you to test anywhere in the portal in a pop-up, movable, resizable window.
Your content can be exported depending on or regardless of the stage that it is in.
The Settings button allows you to edit your Welcome Message, Help Message, Not Understood Message, and Offline Message. Please note that if you have any of these messages defined in the UI Builder, you will have to edit those messages there.
You can also enable or disable Auto-translation in Settings.
We have made significant UI updates to the Edit & Review tab as well.
First, we have changed the behavior of the Select All box. Now when you click it, it lets you know that only the Q&As on the page are selected, and it gives you the option of selecting all the Q&As in Edit & Review.
You can now also easily distinguish between content that is in “Review” status and content that is “Live” on your chatbot. The new column on the right, Status, indicates where your content is located.
