The Welcome, Help, and Not Understood message settings are typically configured in the Advanced Settings page. To access this setting in the Zammo Portal, hover over Content Studio in the left-hand navigation pane and select Q&A. From the Q&A page, click Settings in the upper-right corner.

However, if these messages are customized in UI Builder, those settings will override the ones defined in the Advanced Settings page.
