One of the great features about Zammo is that you can manage multiple organizations, or bot projects, inside the portal.  This is ideal for an organization with departments who want to manage or isolate their specific content, an owner with multiple businesses, or an agency who is managing the conversational AI content for numerous clients.

To navigate between organizations, go to “Organizations” on the top right of the blue bar, see red arrow below.

Select the dropdown arrow next to Organizations, select “My Organizations.”

Here you will see all of the organizations you have already created.  Simply click on the organization that you would like to edit. You will be directed to that organization’s dashboard and can edit as you like from there.

If you would like to ADD an additional organization, there are two options:

Option 1) From the “Organizations” drop down box, click “Add an Organization”
