This conversation workflow automates submitting an application for a marriage license. The chatbot gathers the applicant’s name, address, date of birth, marital status, and name and birth information about both parents. The same information is gathered about the person the applicant is going to marry. The chatbot receives payment of the fee and then submits the application to a CMS.
