Enable LiveChat Integration

In this step, we enable the LiveChat integration.

To implement LiveChat integration in Zammo, perform the following steps:

  1. When the Portal is displayed, select Integrations from the left navigation:

  1. Click on Activate. A popup will be displayed:
    1. We need to add the configuration settings from LiveChat here. The steps are numbered 1 to 8 in the popup. These are the ones we will complete in the next section:

Configure the LiveChat Integration

Here we configure the various settings in UI Builder in steps 1 to 8 in the earlier popup. First, a LiveChat application must be created.
