In the Content Studio > Q&A tab of the Zammo app, you are able to upload a file containing question and answer pairs. Simply select the Add Q&A dropdown and then Upload.

Q&As can be ingested via a number of file formats. Valid formats currently include: .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLSX, and .TXT. Information on file formatting can be found here: Import document format guidelines - QnA Maker - Azure Cognitive Services | Microsoft Docs
