A Hero Card let' you combine text, images and interactive elements in a single control to the user. To create a Hero Card, perform the following steps:

1. Click on the + node in the designer canvas and select Send a Response:

1. UI Builder will default to a text response. To create a Card a response of type Attachment is needed. Click on the + icon on the properties pane for the Send a Response activity and select Attachments:
