Logging into the Zammo portal isn’t only a matter of entering the correct email address. You also have to ensure that you are using the correct method to sign in.

If you have created an account using Google or Microsoft SSO (1), you will not be able to log in using your email address/password combination (2). Doing so will yield unpredictable results, as Zammo will have a record of your account, but will not be able to sign you in. This can lead to the appearance of you having an account but it not being activated.

If you are having trouble logging in to your account, please verify your email address with your organization administrator and that you are using the correct sign-in method (SSO or username/password).

If you attempt to reset your password through Zammo but you created your account using SSO, you will get the following error after sending a password reset token to your email:
