Exporting a Chatbot from UI Builder

In UI Builder, click the three buttons next to your chatbot name and then select Export as .zip from the pop-up menu. You will be prompted to save the exported file to your computer.

Importing a Chatbot to UI Builder

To import a chatbot from a ZIP file into UI Builder:

1. Click the three buttons next to your chatbot name and then select Import a .zip for this bot. You will be prompted to choose the file from your computer to import.

1. Save the changes by selecting the Save button in the upper-right corner.

What about importing question and answer content?

You can do that from the Question and Answer portal in the Zammo app. From there, select Export, then choose the stages (Draft, Edit and Review, Live, All stages) to export. You’ll be prompted for a filename to save the export to.
