In UI Builder, activities are the building blocks of a workflow. They define the steps your conversation follows. This guide will show you how to add and export activities for use across multiple bot projects, helping to standardize processes across them.

Activities within the same bot project can be:

• Cut, copied, and pasted to rearrange workflows.
• Deleted if they are no longer needed.
• Disabled to keep them in the workflow without executing them.

Exporting Activities

To export an activity:

1. In UI Builder, select the activity(s) you want to export. The selected activity(s) will be highlighted in blue.

To select multiple activities, click and drag your mouse over the activities, or hold CTRL and click.

1. Click the Edit button on the toolbar near the top of the page, then select Export from the drop-down menu.
