End users: The platform is entirely built on a cloud infrastructure that can handle variable loads without dropping the performance or the conversational AI agents.

Conversational AI continuous improvement: As the number of end users gets higher it becomes challenging to understand the performance of the application. The platform provides built-in big data analytics capabilities to help users with millions of conversations to continue to monitor and enhance the performance of their application.
